**Membership Policy**
By enrolling in a membership through the Moxi app, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Acknowledgements
- By purchasing a membership through the Moxi app, you give Moxi permission to charge you for a membership on a monthly or annual occurrence (based on your selection). Memberships are recurring and automatically renew each billing period until canceled.
- Business days are defined as Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- At this time, membership cancellations must be submitted by emailing hello@moxichildcare.com.
- Membership cancellations made with three (3) or fewer business days before the renewal date may result in a full renewal charge, and the membership will remain active for that billing period.
- A cancellation is not considered complete until a confirmation email is sent by Moxi.
Updates
Moxi reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated through the Moxi app or via email.
Refunds
- All membership payments are non-refundable.
- We understand that plans change and encourage families to reach out as early as possible with questions about their membership.
